Personalised First Day at School Bubble Balloon

A beautiful 24" bubble balloon with rainboe design, personalised with child's name, filled with helium and 7 mini mixed colour balloons. Finished with a beautiful colours streamer tail and anchored to a weight box. Please note that we use white paper boxes filled with stones for our weights to help with our environmental commitments but please ensure that you do not allow pets or small children access to these boxes for safety reasons.
